ARE YOU ON POINT?

Earlier this month I spoke to Brown & Co at their annual conference. They are an expanding rural land and estate agency celebrating 25 years in business and an extremely forward thinking company. Managing Partner, Charles Whitaker opened with a warm welcome and set the objectives of the day.  To bring together the different departments to share views, successes, and to discuss how best to move forward as a group.

My mission as closing speaker of the day was to provide a refreshing perspective on how to achieve in life. Giving a few insights on how simple techniques I used in UK Special Forces can help you achieve more in both business and life….

In fact how we can find and pursue our passion so that we can all strive to be “The Best That We Can Be” A couple of examples I can give you are “being on point” which relates really well to staying laser focussed on goals at work! Also developing an “Esprit de Corps” which is essentially developing the type of team spirit that will foster a feeling of loyalty and pride shared by all members of that team, in a special way. From the feedback and many questions I was asked I am pleased to say that my talk was very well received and my audience found it exciting, of value and relevant……….Mission accomplished!
